How to send an event in Bitrix24 (cloud) when making a call?

I use Bitrix24 in the cloud.
A cloud-based PBX BEELINE is connected
. It is necessary to send the number of this phone as a webhook when making an incoming-outgoing call.
I create an outgoing webhook "Initiating a call (ONVOXIMPLANTCALLINIT)" or "Starting a conversation (ONVOXIMPLANTCALLSTART)".
The event fires, the request is sent, but no data is sent.
Only the name of the event and authentication data arrive.
But there should also be a data array with a phone number. What could be the problem?
