Where to develop if you are engaged in support of Enterprise applications?

Good day!
Immediately sorry, I saw several similar questions, but I'll ask anyway. I work in one of the outsourcing companies supporting a number of systems. There was little experience with SAP (Basis module). Now it is SalesForce (Sales Cloud) and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The work consists in supporting end users on the second line (creating and resolving tickets in Jira, simple queries in MS SQL, analyzing logs from systems and API), as well as interacting with developers and business to improve the product. I like the job in general, but I faced the fact that having mastered the top of the products I no longer grow, both in knowledge and career, I feel some kind of marking time, the routine performance of daily tasks, so the question is as follows: how can you improve yourself in this area and rise to another level? Or look for another job in this direction? On the other hand, I am fond of learning Java, while at the initial level. Distributed data storage systems and BigData are also interesting (I watch the course on Hadoop). In this regard, perhaps it is worth changing the direction of activity? Knowledgeable people, tell me, maybe someone had the same cases in life and the difficulty of choosing. Thanks in advance for the replies!

In product companies, you can be a valuable employee if you write product integration for these CRMs (the better you know them, the faster you code solutions and save the company time).
In general, ordinary development brings more pleasure, because the tasks can be more diverse and you can bring more of your own than to endlessly understand someone else's)

Judging by the description, you are a regular technical support.
What career are you talking about?
What kind of knowledge?
Is your job fundamentally different from being a cashier at a grocery store?
I like the job in general
lol

How old is the hero of the story? It is necessary to change when you hit the ceiling and continue to cook in it, the consequences will be very bad. As an option - you will be stuck in this for life, and then you will go out the window.
