No one can guarantee you a job. The training center will just give you a positive reference and a letter of recommendation, that's all.
And the employer decides what to do with it, with this piece of paper.

And why should they take on such obligations? Moreover, a successful student! = a good worker and normal managers know this and don’t want an extra hemorrhoid for themselves.

Nowhere, especially when you yourself cannot find a job yourself after them, how can they? You have ten times more motivation and a hundred times more opportunities

https://itstep.org/kz/ - the only thing I know where sysadmins are trained in cisco courses.
Most of the tasks will still be performed in the cisco network simulator (as it was called there ... - pocket tracer)

The task of the certified center is to make money on exams and certificates.
A certified center can only be employed by employees of a certified center.
Official Cisco centers will not contact other companies, because this is not an employment service, this is cisco.
If not official, then all the "help in finding employment" from various training centers basically consists in the fact that they will sit with you and teach you how to write a resume, and perhaps even send it to different companies for you. You can do it yourself, cheaper and better.

There are official Cisco courses (conducted by third-party companies), there is a Cisco network academy ( https://www.netacad.com/web/ru/). Neither of them provide employment. But believe me, you don’t need it, get a job with insufficient qualifications - you will just hang yourself at work.
