Where to connect Yandex metrics to gulp? Is it possible to connect the metric not in html code, but in js?

Where to insert the Yandex metrics code in the landing assembly on gulp?
In manual layout, this happens between head and body, but here npm refuses to build
. Is it possible to simply remove the script tags and insert this code into the body of script.js, will this be equivalent to the usual way?
