Where to buy HDA front panel in 3.5" bay?

The existing case has AC'97 connectors, the sound card outputs sound only either to the rear connector or to the front, you have to switch manually through the driver interface (the integrated sound could output both there and there at the same time).
It would seem that a removable panel with connectors is a quite obvious solution, but I did not find such on sale (maybe in nature). There is nothing really in Russian stores at all, in Chinese stores there are only card reader / reobas / usb / firewire combines. I only need a headphone jack and (optionally) a microphone. Preferably - with a good cable (the native case panel is connected with a disgusting flat cable, and even the grounds of the audio and usb connectors were connected together).
Notes: 5.25" is also suitable. I don't like Chinese stores and mail. A socket at the price of a new case is not an option.

Once I was puzzled by the same problem, as a result I found it with a friend who works in a computer store as an assembler of system engineers, he removed this socket from some kind of defective case. Try contacting such stores, you can still look for Avito.

Go to the service and ask. I have a bunch of such junk in a box, I always scrape connectors from them.
