Please tell me where you can buy all sorts of real-time data, or at least daily updates in xml or json. Now, in particular, they are interested in:
- Exchange rates in different banks;
— Bi-currency basket in different banks;
- RTS and MICEX indices
- ...

where to get it so as not to write parsers?

Cbonds, of course ( http://www.cbonds.info/ ), if you are interested in serious data. www.cbonds.info/about/services/cbondsdatabase.phtml - that's it briefly.
RBC also provides tools for uploading large amounts of data. export.rbc.ru/ - everything is paid; There used to be a free demo access period, now I don't know.
