How to set the path to datasets for Jupyter?

Friends,
I'm working in a Jupyter notebook (in the Anaconda shell) locally and I can't understand why the data from the datasets is not being pulled up - the files are located at /datasets/file.csv and so on, but when working in the notebook, an error is generated:
....
FileNotFoundError: [ Errno 2] File /datasets/users.csv does not exist: '/datasets/users.csv'...
and blah blah

How to arrange or write them correctly?
