Why is there an error in Tibco Spotfire?

Good day!
There is the following problem:
We have Tibco Spotfire software.
In it, we create a connection to the PostgreSQL database.
Next, we create an informational link to the table in the database containing all columns and a filter by 1 of the columns (by date).
However, when trying to get data, an error occurs

The answer is probably not required, but still: check the type of the field in the infolink and the database by which you are filtering, as well as the type of the value.
