Where to buy electronic components in St. Petersburg?

Interested in places where you can buy electronic components from small things to MK, preferably in the Kirov region.
I know a good store on Chkalovskaya, but it's a long way to go there and there is little choice.
ChipandDip is not advised, their price tag is far from student!

There is also a Promelektonika store at the corner of Konstantin Zaslonov and Razyezzhaya streets. But this is not really the Kirovsky district.

In the technopark of St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" there is an enterprise that sells components: http://www.itis.spb.ru/
And there is also an office http://www.platan.ru/ , from which you can also order free samples of some components, if planning something big in the future.

There are too few normal stores selling components in St. Petersburg to look for them near the house. If you are too lazy to ride, then apparently a good choice would be an order with delivery. =)
