Where can I buy extension installations or buy an installer for extensions?

1. Is your extension in the Chrome Store? - Make a landing page, set up an online installation in your Stor account and buy traffic to your landing page. But people will have to click the "Install" button anyway and confirm the installation in the alert`e from the store.
2. The extension is not in the store? You find adversaries, give them your extension for their bundle, pay for the number of intsalls.
As far as I know, there are no fundamentally different methods. There can only be options.
If I'm wrong, please share your experience - I'll be grateful.
