Can you please tell me where can I buy Bitcoin with my Payoneer USD card?
I can't find an exchange. Many accept only cards from the CIS countries.
And to go withdraw them at an ATM, then transfer them to another card or payment system, and only then buy - well, you know, it’s not an option at all. The commissions will be big.
