Questions about the payment aggregator QIWI (ISHOP)?

Greetings! I plan to create a personal account on the site, in which each user will have his own account. With this account, you can buy access to some parts of the service. (Buying time to use a car wash) I researched several payment aggregators:
1) Fondy.ru (didn't work because of the lack of SMS payments)
2) Yandex.Checkout (requires an SSL certificate. I'll think about it)
3) ISHOP.QIWI - everything seems to be fine.
Questions: Has anyone worked with this aggregator? How difficult is it to make friends with a site without a CMS? Is an SSL certificate required? Will they work with a site where, in fact, not a product is purchased, but access to a site node?
Services like Robocassa/Unitpay require a personal passport, which is currently not available.

It is not difficult to integrate with qiwi ishop. An SSL certificate is not needed.

We paid the bill in qiwi for using the service, there were no problems.
