I made two small purchases on Ali, paid with a Yandex money card. Two days later (today) suddenly 50 kopecks were withdrawn from the card, in half a day another 7 rubles. I withdrew money from Yandex, but the sediment remained.

This is the exchange rate difference, everything is fine. Removes not aliexpress, but the poison itself. Sometimes they do not withdraw, but on the contrary, they accrue.

Maybe this is how the blocking / debiting of funds is implemented on the Yandex map on those days when the exchange rate is different? Although this is unlikely.

“This is the so-called exchange rate difference, it occurs when making payments in a currency other than rubles.
At the time of authorization of the payment, the amount in rubles is debited from your account at the Mastercard exchange rate at that moment. The final debiting of funds takes place in a few days, at the rate of the TCS bank on the day of debiting. The exchange rate in the TCS bank is slightly different from the rate in the Mastercard system (as a rule, a little higher).
If you have a card of another bank, you can check the numbers in the SMS informing and in the account statement and make sure that the same thing happens when paying in foreign currency, only it is much more difficult to find. We are transparent and visible.”

After such miraculous situations, I got myself a virtual dollar card (in alpha), and before making purchases, I simply transfer the required amount to it through a mobile bank.
And the map is always empty, and there are no problems with courses. Yes, and the bank's internal exchange rate with manual conversion, at least sometimes, is a little more pleasant than PayPal rates or automatic conversion. But the main thing is the confidence in the amount of the transaction.
