UpWork, Thailand - and yet, what is the best way to withdraw money?

Good time to everyone,
I understand that the topic has been raised more than once, but after re-reading I did not find a clear answer to my question, moreover, due to various changes, most of the posts on this topic are outdated.
So, I opened a dollar account in Alfa-Bank, I withdraw it with UpWork ($30 for each transfer, that's fine). I want to attach a card to it so that I can withdraw dollars from it in Thailand and change it to baht. IP is not. There is no trust in Payoneer and Skrill. In general, this whole scheme suits me, I consider it one of the most convenient. What are the pitfalls if you move to Thailand, can there be problems (and what, how to solve them) on the part of the bank, currency control, tax, etc.?
ps In general, I intend to evade taxes, I’ll just arrange all this a little later, I need to take a couple of months for everything to settle down. It seems that from this year programmers can work under a patent?

The topic has already been sucked up a hundred times, the most profitable withdrawal method is Thai paypal + an account in the Thai bank Kasikorn
. Also, in case of problems with the first method, you need to keep a pioneer card so as not to sit with your ass bare.
Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw dollars in Thailand.
If you have completely moved, then after six months you lose your tax resident status in Russia and completely solve all problems with taxation in Russia, in Thailand you cannot pay taxes because you do not work there. So here, from a legal point of view, all the chicks are bunches.
You do not need to register anything in Russia since you have moved to another country.
