How to make a payment through the mobile application?

We make a client for an online store. It is necessary to implement payment by card directly in the mobile application (iOS and Android). I found only two SDKs:
1) PayPal Mobile SDK: great, but their REST API does not accept rubles.
2) Yandex.Money: a very raw library, I didn’t even manage to run the sample normally.
As far as I understand, at least Google allows the use of third-party payment processors to pay for physical goods or services . I don't know about Apple.

Look towards Payler - habrahabr.ru/company/payler/blog/215319
Of the alternatives, you might think:
- Robokassa (no SDK)
- PayOnline (SDK seems to be there)
- Chronopay (no SDK)
Regarding the payment for physical goods and services , Apple states about the obvious need to use third-party payment services (there is already a question on the toaster with specific points of the rules).
It is also worth looking for information on encryption and PCI DSS on a hub / toaster - there may also be pitfalls (at least when published in the AppStore).
