Where to buy a small number of good proxies inexpensively?

Most proxy providers sell lists of thousands and tens of thousands of proxy servers for prices in the tens of dollars per month. I don't need that much. Hundreds (provided that they are all alive, fast enough and not too many people already use them), or even a couple of dozen would be enough for the eyes and ears, and there is no need to change them every month, because the task is not to spam all the forums , but just hide the real IP (for privacy reasons) and gently (and legally) bypass the limit on the number of requests from one address. Traffic is also assumed to be very, very modest. Accordingly, I would like to pay as little as possible (maybe a couple of bucks a month). Please advise if anyone knows. Thanks in advance.

For such purposes, things like Tor or free proxies in general may be suitable.
