SORBS: sender is open HTTP/SOCKS proxy server?

Tell me what does that mean? mail-tester write that everything is perfect, except that the proxy servers are open. I do not quite understand what is at stake, I am new to this area.

-2.499	RCVD_IN_SORBS_HTTP	SORBS: sender is open HTTP proxy server 193.176.**.*** listed in dnsbl.sorbs.net
-2.443	RCVD_IN_SORBS_SOCKS	SORBS: sender is open SOCKS proxy server

Extremely hits reputation (more than -5), the rest is perfect for me.

This means that the address 193.176.*.* is listed in the DNSBL database - the address is in the line. Go to this address and see how to get yourself out of it, but to be honest - I would change the address, I suppose this one is also in other databases .. Not the fact that it's your fault, maybe the previous owner was weird, kept an open proxy, sent out spam , whatever .. but clearing such an address is very difficult and time consuming.
