Which is better, Website Protection L7 or Reverse Proxy for Websites?
I decided to take AntiDDoS for the site on BlazingFast.io, but I can’t catch up with which is better, Website Protection L7 or Reverse Proxy for Websites. What are their pros and cons? What is each for? I will be glad to all the answers, tk. I can not decide

Briefly:
1. L7 - behavioral filter (Apllication level)
2. Reverse Proxy - horizontal sharding of the load (possibly also the channel) to "internal" (behind the main IP for the domain! ) server.
If you do it correctly, you can make the L7 filter on your own in the script code (well, no one said that it’s easy)), and in order not to “clog” the channel with traffic (in which case) - take Reverse Proxy.
As a result, you will immediately have 2 filters:
1. Your personal: L7
2. Purchased from the host: Reverse Proxy
