Where to buy a server on ARM architecture in Russia?

We needed a full-fledged server on the ARMv8 architecture for various purposes, incl. educational. The problem is that you will not find a reseller with delivery in Russia during the day with fire. Has anyone experienced buying such hardware? Where can you buy?
Ps Discussion of the feasibility of such equipment, let's please leave aside.

Apparently you do not quite imagine the range of such servers, or rather their manufacturers, there are no problems with resellers, most likely problems with the budget;)

You can easily rent a server from Amazon, they already release their machines on ARM. You can call us at www.storequant.ru and we will tell you how and what can be configured there and how much it costs.
If you take a piece of iron, it’s easier in Huawei in Russia, but it doesn’t differ from Intel in any way from the user’s point of view. There is no BIOS in the architecture, there is a Uboot bootloader, it is much simpler and the board is much easier to get.
