I don't think it's worth buying. Publics are saturated, everything is already there, there is no need to wait for rapid growth. Instagram is still growing. As for enrichment, it’s also an open question, I bought ads both in public directly and in VK directly both for clicks and for impressions, I can’t say that placement efficiency is high ...
In addition, you are completely dependent on VK, their politicians will change the rules, limit ads, they will stick their ads or just stupidly block the public, you won’t be able to prove anything to anyone and you won’t be able to return the investment in any way, because. all this is not yours.
All this is superimposed by the problems that you can’t buy a public in VK or a group to sell, the founder can leave and then always return to it as a founder. Yes, and it turns out that you will own someone else's account, they will block it, how will you prove that you are Ivan Ivanov?

Publics can and should be bought. I have several publics on the topics of cottages, cars, needlework - they bring me an average of 240 thousand in the best months and 180 thousand in the worst. But most importantly, they recaptured my investment a long time ago. You can also develop from scratch, but many simply don’t have enough patience and knowledge to reach normal monetization. As mentioned above, uniqueness is important, since VK has tightened content requirements. On the other hand, it weeded out freeloaders and copy-pasters - there was less competition. So do not listen to anyone, work and there will be a result.
