I want to organize telephony for my online store.
Previously, the girl sat on three different mobile phones and answered calls along the way, looking for all the necessary information.
How I see it:

the purpose of this is that all numbers become multi-channel and the girl receives all calls through a PC, simultaneously
recording and registering in the customer database and their data.
you also need:
1) Recording conversations
2) Setting up an answering machine that would work if no one is available
3) Receiving SMS
4) Sending SMS
5) Distributing calls between operators
I would like to get advice or feedback about the offices that do this.
