On what platforms can you write a review, talk about the software that we develop? There is a great desire to find a foreign partner. Any advice on where to start?

Considering that the Internet is a huge advertising platform, it is more appropriate to ask what are the best ways to get people interested in your product. In my opinion, a website with a product is mandatory, the second group in social networks, and most importantly, people who will test your product and say whether it is useful or not, as long as it is not known beyond your circle of friends, it is problematic to attract a foreign partner. You can also try startup investment sites, but again this is my subjective opinion, there are exceptions, maybe investors from Silicon Valley will line up on a site with your product.
