Where should work with base be in SwiftUI?

Now I am building my first application using SwiftUI according to the MVVM pattern

I have a folder with models (in the form of structures) - this is M
There is a managers folder (where there is a layer of data binding from models to views. Plus business logic) - this is
VM the Vies folder (where the application front itself is) - This is V

Where should the work with the base be located? In the tutorial from Apple, I saw that they created a layer in the Models folder, - ModelData, where they did the initial initialization of the data from the presets in json format, but it seems to me that this is not quite what is needed.
