The registration rules are not determined by the registrar (more precisely, not only by him), but the registrar
in this case is denic, eurid and neustar. So a valid address in the contacts of the domain is a registry requirement. Either use a fake address (and be prepared to be checked and suspended if you fail), or look for a registrar that offers a trustee service (puts your address in contacts), and be prepared for the fact that the domain may cease to be yours at any time. Trust is worth the extra money. And privacy protection (which, although it changes contacts, de jure leaving the domain behind you), registers are prohibited for all three.
