How to save DNS configs?

Today there was a situation when it was necessary to check whether all domains and subdomains on the DNS server are intact and whether all records are in place: A, MX, TXT (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
How do you save these configurations? Is it just a table file or are there some tools?

You can always upload the zone file from the dns server. It contains all records and a description of the zone in readable text.
