How to close or hold liable a site that duplicates content?

There are two sites aitodor*ua and ai-todor*ru .
ua - official site, ru - scammers.

What to do and how to fight?

Here is what the person who registered the domain replied to me:

hello. the question is not for me. a domain is registered on my mailbox and nothing more. call the phone numbers to the company itself and find out. I have nothing to do with this

If the content is duplicated automatically, then place an article on your site that defames the duplicate site.

You can try to filter requests from them, or give them some static or old nonsense so that they are not immediately noticed.
And also - rummage through their website, any action should be commercially expedient, i.e. they make money on you, and you try to make money on them: slip your banners (into their request), add your soap there in the form of jpg, and all this is dynamic in different places every day. It's not all that complicated, it's more of a sense of humor than technical knowledge. Let them work for you, no need to close.

1. Do not listen to those who say that it is impossible.
2. Try to contact the owners of the site and negotiate peacefully, it will not work - the threat of complaints to all instances and the tarnished reputation of their company.
3. Write letters to the hoster, registrar, advertising sites that they use or cooperate with.
The letter must be detailed, indicating stale materials and originals. Addresses, dates, typos, content features, everything that can play in your favor - give in the letter.
4. Write about scammers on thematic resources and forums, do not shorten either your or their address, because by scoring them in a search engine, users will stumble upon similar messages and see what's what.
I managed to close the clone site in this way.

I had a similar case. By chance, I saw a domain in the statistics that copies completely copies my site, wrote to the registrar and hoster, after which the owners began to copy another site.
