How do search engines treat non-standard domains?

I grabbed a couple of domains in the .moe zone.
I would like to know how Google and Yandex react and index on such domains,
will they be taken into account in searches from Russia?

Yandex grabbed the entire .yandex zone for itself. Do you think they are not aware of new domain zones?
Bots don't care about domain names at all.
