Where is the trend heading, from the web to platforms or vice versa?

What do good services and developers strive for? To create more platform-oriented products, when each client is written, taking into account all the features of the platform (windows, linux, android, ios, etc) or using a simple web wrapper, developing a single web component?

The priorities are (unfortunately) the same, but I would like them to go in reverse order:
1. Maximum development speed
2. Maximum income in the shortest period of time
3. Fast coverage of more platforms.
4. Ease of support of the developed solution.
5. The speed of the client application and user-friendliness.
In reverse order - I'm willing to pay for each application!
Those. the trend in this order is webkit/HTML5.
And in the opposite case, this is taking into account all the features: for each platform - its own application.
