Is it possible to display ad units in the app for only one type of product?

I'm trying to figure out the application's monetization policy. Googled for a long time and did not find it.
Are there ad networks that can be configured to display ads for a specific product type or current context?
For example, the application has a "Bicycles" tab, and it displays ONLY advertisements for bicycles / bike shops, but on the "Movies" tab, ONLY advertisements for movies and cinemas?
Naturally, taking into account the user's localization by city/country.
