I can't find the template for the "time" tab in tasks b24, tell me where is the file? The task is to add a button to this tab.

There is no separate template or component for this tab. This is part of the layout from the bitrix:tasks.task.detail component.
If you need to modify the output, I recommend using JS - there will be much less problems with updates.
I also want to remind you that editing components and component templates in /bitrix/components/bitrix is prohibited.
