I need to protect the real mail addresses of clients from my employees, for this I can correlate with each real client a "substitute" mail address to which my employee will write. This fake address, in turn, will redirect the letter to the client's real mail and vice versa - receive letters from the client's real mail and redirect to the employee's mail.
Are there any tools to automate this whole process - from creating an association to forwarding emails?
Underneath all this lies a WP site, but emails are sent from Bitrix.

Google "mail-flow", "email masquerading" for the environment you need (mail server, php, etc).
Already almost everywhere, in any mail servers, it is possible to run a program for processing letters before receiving them in the mailbox and before sending them.
