Where is the program launch audit log when using a software restriction policy?

There is windows 2008 r2 on which the domain is deployed.
There is a policy that does not allow programs to run except for a certain list. It is successfully applied according to all rules, except for certificates. And certificates for some reason refuse to be applied and allow programs to work.
I would like to see a log on the client that will show that this launch is prohibited for this reason. How to enable this audit?
