Where is the horizontal scroll from?

I don’t understand where the horizontal scroll of a few pixels came from. And only from a tablet or mobile. The Chrome emulator also has it, but there is no scroll in the desktop version of the site. I looked through the entire debugger - I can’t find where the indents are added ... Can you help me find it? Only a bug in the personal account. Everything is ok on the main page. This is all solved by the elimination method - you turn off the blocks in turn. First the first half, then the second. Then quarters, 1/8, etc. What if not programmers straight!
