Where is the grub bootloader installed?
I have 2 OS debian 8 and windows 10 installed. In the fdisk program, I found that the boot flag is on the first partition. The first partition (500m) is needed to boot windows. This means that when you start the computer, windows should be loaded. But to boot grub. So why does grub boot and not windows. And where is it located if there is no section under it?

The OS does not boot from the boot partition. The boot partition in its MBR (master boot record) stores the bootloader, which boots and after that it offers a choice or loads the system, which can be on almost any partition and any disk.
Some bootloaders are large, so only part of it is in the MBR, and then the rest is loaded. In Windows, for example, it is in the Boot directory.
