How to install Windows from Linux without CD/USB devices?

I really wanted to play a couple of toys that work crookedly or do not work on Vine (hardware allows) and at the same time only an ISO image is at hand, there is no flash drive or disk (otherwise I would not have asked). What options? It would be nice to somehow give a real HDD to a virtual machine and install it there. Then, directly from Linux, reinstall GRUB, where there will already be two OSes in the list.
PS Even if there is enough memory and processor, I have a built-in video card, the power of which, although it is also enough, I cannot transfer it to a virtual machine in the way that it is theoretically possible with a discrete one. Those. running GTA SA on a virtual machine, and even more so GTA 4 will not work in any way:

This is how I installed windows 7.
I made a section for win.
At the first reboot of the windows installer, I cut down the virtual machine.
Reinstalled Grub, added an item with Windows
Rebooted the PC and continued installing Windows.

Yes, some virtual machines allow disks to be used as RAW.
And Windows has been able to run on real hardware for several years now, and not in a virtual machine, but directly from a virtual disk.
