Where is the GPU Preview in Photoshop?

Photoshop lags even on empty documents, I saw a solution in the form of disabling GPU Preview, maybe someone knows?
PS It's not about the hardware, it's all right. Standard methods of solving the problem do not help.

I found how to solve it, disabled AMD FreeSync in the monitor, everything became fine right away.

I know the option with this name in Illustrator. And there you can switch to the processor:

And in Photoshop, the GPU settings are in this section. But there is nothing specific about the preview.
