Where is the exchange mode setting in mikrotik hex?

I'm trying to set up vpn l2tp on Mikrotik hex s. I try to do according to the manuals from the network. In these manuals, a peer is added when configuring ipsec, and so when adding a peer in my microtic, there is no option at all to select exchange mode = main-l2tp in the settings. He is stupidly not there. What's happening, where to look?

See new manuals online. And even better in the documentation. In a simple case, ipsec support in l2tp is enabled by the "Use IPSec" checkbox when creating l2tp.
