Hello, there was a question of choosing the right implementation mechanism.
For testing purposes, we need to make several hundred "virtual win-machines"
Each machine must have its own vpn configured.
Several testers will connect at the same time, they will run several virtual machines at the same time.
I see 2 ways of implementation - virtual machines or profiles
If profiles, then I'm not sure that each profile can have its own separate vpn.
If virtual machines, are there mechanisms to reduce the amount of stored data / speed up startup, and automate the installation of the same software in several VMs?

You can install 100 virtual servers using the API of any hosting provider. Here is a brief instruction:
1. go to the vps.house website and take a server
2. configure all the necessary software on the server and write to support to create a template from this server
3. get the template ID from support and create 100 virtual machines from the template using the API
