How to make L2TP servers on Mikrotik accept multiple connections from the same IP address?

Question in the following: there is an L2TP server to which clients from different offices are connected. The one IP - one client scheme works great, but if you log in from the same IP under a different PPP Secret (even with one connected client), then all the others will disconnect. The question is, how can this be cured?
