Where is the collection of "best answers"?

Recently (well, or a long time ago, but I noticed it just now), the "Add to Top Answers" feature appeared on the toaster.

Well, I think it's finally possible to form a personal list of "Favorites" from useful questions and answers.
I looked all over the interface and didn't find anything like it. Tell me where to look? Or is the frontend not yet finalized?
