Is there a Toaster API?

I want to try to write a client for this wonderful service. There are 2 related questions:

1. _{Legal Is} it possible? Administration question. Read the license agreement.
   
2. Does Toster have an API? For example, JSON or XML to display a list of questions and answers, as well as all information about the post. If not, you will have to parse manually (with a positive answer to point 1).

I think you should have written directly to TM, at least to support.
And in order to start a constructive dialogue with you, provide a prototype of the client, so to speak, present yourself.
