I often see lately how people ask a question and they themselves answer it quickly. It happens that someone wrote an answer, but they don’t count him ... the author himself writes the same thing, and puts it as an answer. And how to deal with it?

Here I am answering my own questions. The reason - I ask, no one can answer anything intelligible. After some time (maybe in a day, a week, a month), I still find a solution, write it and put it as an answer. Maybe I'll remember later, maybe it will help someone. And the question does not hang without a solution.
And what confuses you in the fact that people themselves mark the answer as a solution?
