Where is the best place to store desktop application logs?

The application writes logs to a text file, the application was installed with admin privileges in Program Files, now it starts with normal user rights, but the application cannot write logs to its folder due to lack of privileges.
Manually opening the ability to write to your own folder is not an option.

Profile(local app data if you do not need to transfer or roaming if there are few of them and you need it), operating system log, centralized collection on the server. If there are not many events, it is convenient to write them to the log, since in a domain environment they can be centrally managed, plus it is well integrated with ad authorization and task scheduler triggers can be hung on them.
