How to transfer Yandex disk to another local disk or folder?

Windows 10, you need to change the local drive to store the synchronization folder, but this can’t be done, you can’t select another drive, there is a suggestion to select a folder only in the folder of a specific user. How I tried to solve the problem:

1) Run as administrator
2) Completely remove and install the program
3) Disable enable synchronization
4) move the folder with synchronized files to another drive manually.
