Where is the best place to place a portfolio for a novice web designer?

There are several rendered sites, laid out in a portfolio on a freelance exchange. There are no reviews there, the works are made "for themselves", for training. I want to find a job in the office, should I include a link to this portfolio in my resume or is it better to put it on special sites like behance?

behance,
drible will already be enough for a portfolio and job search, and in the future it would be nice to have your own portfolio website.

It's not the location that matters, it's the quality. Therefore, it is better to choose a place where it will be more convenient to add new works.
Even a photo album with Vkontakte links will do)
It will also be your advantage if you place a local copy of the portfolio on github that you update through the deployment to the site, so that everyone can see your activities in a convenient form ^ ^

Behance, of course. But only on condition that the quality is not below average.
