Where is the best place to look for a 3D artist (Blender)?

I have never used Russian sites to search for freelancers, but since the time of import substitution has come, I have to go for it.

A quick Google search didn't really give anything: dozens of sites whose design has not been updated since 2008, the ads seem to be fresh, but are still written by the same "selling text" from 2008.

A question for freelancers or those who often turn to their services - advise a normal platform with adequate performers, please :(

In case this post is read by the one I'm looking for: the work is simple, you need to make a low-poly model (room) for the web. Probably you need to animate some elements, but this is far perspective.
