Where is plugins located in PS?

Hello.
I have PS CC 17, I want to demolish some plugins. Where can I find them and how can I remove them?
In my root folder, I did not find the plug-ins folder as advised by Google.

They are here: Required - Plug-Ins (I have them here, and you should have them there too)
