Where is PHPSESSID stored in IE 11?

In Chromium, in encrypted form, the PHPSESSID value can be found in the SQLite extension file, where is this value stored in IE 11?
Update #1: I'm interested in the physical location on the hard disk from the client side, which file and which folder
