network hardware

Where is it easier and more convenient to leave Windows?

There is a pc. Due to hardware problems, the Windows OS family does not get up on this PC. And the user needs to use this computer.
What OS can I easily and without much loss go with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB? I’ll figure it out with Linux and FreeBSD, but for a user who, apart from downloading movies from the Internet, can’t do anything in Excel and can’t fumble in a PC.

That there are "hardware problems" that used to allow using even Ten, but now, you see, they don't? Has the system changed? ;)
Asking what OS to put on a computer and not saying anything about it is, I think, a talent. It must be protected by the state and put up a "do not feed" sign.

Disable the burned network in the BIOS and there will be no problems with the installation
