Do you need a Radio Bridge with L2 traffic forwarding (broadcast)?

You need a radio bridge between buildings within sight, so that the broadcast would reach points, in short with support for l2 (or otherwise)
In the description of many radio bridges there is no mention of L2 or broadcast traffic
Are there any radio bridges that support broadcast forwarding somehow? Or wrap everything in VPN?
